We are hiring a cutting-edge marketing professional directly reporting into the Global Head of Marketing Communication. THE JOB WE OFFER

  • Plan, develop, implement, and manage impactful and engaging social media communication strategies and manage global B2B social channels (LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube).
  • Together with our local country teams, create first class, highly innovative social campaigns, that are insight-led and resonate with our target audience, driving reach and engagement.
  • Monitor performance to understand effectiveness of strategy, making recommendations for continuous improvement.  Define and report KPIs and media ROI transversally on services and brand initiatives and analyze coverage results on a global scale.
  • Develop compelling and engaging messaging and creative content focusing on our B2B target audiences on the C-Suite level, especially in Financial Services.
  • Lead the development and production of Communication assets in collaboration with our internal and external partners. 
  • Ensure oversight and moderation of our internal and external platforms.
  • Own global internal social communication platform (Beekeeper). Develop strategies to promote activation and activity and support local markets in the implementation and execution of communication and social media strategies. Manage global streams and ensure regular updates.

THE PROFILE WE NEED

  • 5+ years work experience in social media management, ideally within the B2B Services sector.
  • Excellent knowledge of external and internal B2B Social Media platforms and mechanics that drive marketing lead creation and employee engagement.
  • Strong writing, editing and language skills. Copy-writing background a plus.
  • Hands on experience in content production and management.
  • Experience using social media analytical tools and presenting insights.
  • Excellent communication skills. Fluency in English and German is required.
  • Team player who confidently develops strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
