YOUR ROLE:
Endpoint Management employee ensures efficient and high quality administration and support workplaces in decentralized IT infrastructure on the basis of a defined and agreed catalog of products and services. It provides resolutions for reported issues, recognizes problems, works on proactive and maintenance tasks.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
- User Help Desk (remote and on-site support for our users) in 1st line support
- Software distribution
- Patch management
- Endpoint security
- Application delivery services
- Work on system and support documentations
WHAT YOU WILL NEED:
- Technical secondary education as minimum, preferred master's degree in information technology sciences
- Experience working directly in a 1st line support role, managing a ticket queue, priorities and resolution writing etc.
- Active Directory administration
- Installation of software
- End point management systems
- Windows System Update Server (WSUS)
- OS configuration management system (Ivanti)
- Diagnosis skills around: Windows 10, M365 and all associated apps
- Mobile Device Management solutions (MDM)
- Ability to write knowledge base articles
- Excellent troubleshooting
- Excellent time management
- Multi-tasking
- Organizational skills
- Excellent communication skills

- Able to work under pressure
- Good knowledge of German & English language is required.
