YOUR ROLE:

Endpoint Management employee ensures efficient and high quality administration and support workplaces in decentralized IT infrastructure on the basis of a defined and agreed catalog of products and services. It provides resolutions for reported issues, recognizes problems, works on proactive and maintenance tasks.


 

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • User Help Desk (remote and on-site support for our users) in 1st line support
  • Software distribution
  • Patch management
  • Endpoint security
  • Application delivery services
  • Work on system and support documentations

WHAT YOU WILL NEED:

  • Technical secondary education as minimum, preferred master's degree in information technology sciences
  • Experience working directly in a 1st line support role, managing a ticket queue, priorities and resolution writing etc.
  • Active Directory administration
  • Installation of software
  • End point management systems
  • Windows System Update Server (WSUS)
  • OS configuration management system (Ivanti)
  • Diagnosis skills around: Windows 10, M365 and all associated apps
  • Mobile Device Management solutions (MDM)
  • Ability to write knowledge base articles
  • Excellent troubleshooting
  • Excellent time management

  • Organizational skills
  • Excellent communication skills

  • Able to work under pressure
  • Good knowledge of German & English language is required.
